It starts with recruiting the right person. We do a very comprehensive search and will not stop until you find the right person. If you are realistic about the salary and are willing to look at multiple countries, we can find someone usually within 2-3 weeks, or for less skilled work within a few days. First we will determine which are the most appropriate countries to draw talent from. Then we do a search effort that includes posting on job boards, searching on linked in and drawing from our database of over 53,000 resumes.
We provide a short list of usually three to five people for you to select from and interview over the phone. We also will do some standard tests or administer any specific tests that you have for this person. We will also check their references and interview to determine their attitude.
After selecting the right person we will then be responsible to make sure that the person turns up to work each day and is working for you. We have a sophisticated monitoring system to allow us to know exactly how many hours this person is working each day. If they work less than their minimum required hours, their pay is reduced accordingly. We facilitate payment of your staff, and notify you when they are sick or if there are any issues with their working hours.
What we will not do for you
Our responsibility is to make sure the person is working, but managing the actual work that they do is going to be your responsibility. For some roles we will be able to provide training through our comprehensive training system, however for specific training this will need to be your responsibility.
